Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time providing your goods have not already been despatched. To cancel your order email webshop@opro.no quoting your name and the order reference number. If the goods have been despatched, then please follow the returns policy as detailed below.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, simply return the unused item in its original condition and packaging within 15 days of receipt, and we will credit your bank account, less shipping costs.
If a shipping error should occur, please notify us by email within 48 hours of your receipt of the shipment. Items returned later than 15 days after receipt will not be accepted.
Returns must be in their original state, with all the original packaging, including the original invoice. Opro Produkter AS will not accept any items returned with obvious signs of wear.
Please note that customised orders are non-refundable.
Preparing a Return Shipment:
We strongly recommend that you insure the merchandise that you return and request proof of delivery, in case your package should get lost in transit.
An email confirmation will be sent upon receipt of your returned item(s), and a full refund (excluding shipping costs/fees) will be applied and processed in the same way as the original payment.
The amount refunded will appear on your credit card statement.

- Ensure all pieces and accessories that are being returned are included in the shipment.
- Ensure that all items are in their original condition and have not been worn.
- Package the items in the same way in which they were received and securely fasten clasp, etc., so as make sure that the items are not scratched or damaged during shipping.
- If you are returning a shipment from anywhere other than Norway, please be sure to state that it is a ‘Return’ on the customs declaration.
