RETURN OF GOODS – POLICY & PROCEDURE
You are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period on items you purchase in our shop. Cancellation form and proof of purchase must be enclosed with the goods.
If you regret your purchase within 14 days, you can send the items back and we will refund you the amount you paid for the goods. Note that the product must be returned in the condition it was received.
The product should not be used /tested. The buyer must pay for the return postage. If you have received wrong or damaged items, we send you new products free of charge.
Please contact us before you ship the item and we will send you a cancellation form.
FYI: All Christmas gifts can be returned after Christmas, but in the first week.
